When the sun disappeared
There was a moment (when the sun disappeared behind some clouds) that I felt a chill flow down my arms and the hairs bristled on goosebumps
Crawling tingles along my skin
There have been several moments recently when I have felt a tingly fizzing sensation crawl long the surface of the skin on my arms down to my hands, just before I feel a little dizzy.
Smooth constant poking pressure
There was a moment (While sat on the train) that I felt a smooth constant poking pressure between my left collarbone and my throat that made me cough
Tension flowing out of my shoulders
There was a moment today (when I stopped running around from on thing to another) where I noticed a tension in my shoulders, as I acknowledged it (by thinking ‘oh I can post that on SLP’ it started to drain down the front of my chest leaving an empty ache, mainly in the joint of my left shoulder.
A Warm fuzzy feeling
There was a moment this morning (when extra people turned up to a networking social I run) that I got a warm fuzzy feeling in my chest and stomach.
Someone sitting on my chest
There was a moment when it felt like someone was sitting on my chest with their hand over my mouth, stopping me from saying what I wanted to say. Then all of a sudden the weight lifted, my mouth became free and the words flowed out.
Ants under my skin
There was a moment (well lots of them in the last few weeks, but this one was yesterday morning) when it felt like I had ants under the skin on both my shins and I just wanted to scratch the skin off to let them out.
My heart is racing and I feel tension throughout my body
There was a moment (while working on my laptop, but with an action film in the background) that I felt my heart racing and tension throughout my entire body.
It was only then that I looked up to see (and hear) what was going on in the film. Action, explosions, tension on the screen and in the music.
It had all taken me over without me even noticing.
Pulling my eye out
There was a moment (when I had probably been on my laptop for too long working on SLP) that it felt like someone was trying to pull my right eye out.

There was a moment (when I completed doing something on my own that I though I needed help with) that I felt a smooth swirling warmth flow through my torso.
