Metal in my veins and magnet in my palm
There was a moment today when someone was a no-show for a meeting that little static-like waves ran down my arms and my hands clenched as if there was metal in my veins and there was a magnet in the centre of my palm.
Light headed
Feeling light headed. Sensation of trippy tingling and cloudiness like real lemonade gently swooshing in my head and a bit of tightness around my chest.
Having left to walk to the station
There was a moment this morning (having left to walk to the station) when I felt a swell of nausea sweep over me, my head felt like someone had taken grip of it on the front left and were twisting it, wringing it like a piece of laundry, my chest felt tight and my muscles tense and achy.
Volcanic stomach
Sensation feels like a gentle volcano erupting in my stomach
I felt my body heat up
There was a moment today (when someone gave me another set of mixed signals) that I felt my body heat up in frustration and anger.
Tingle in my Neck
I can feel a subtle yet distinct tingle on the nape of my neck. I’m not sure what it signifies, but it might indicate excitement.
Numbness in my head
Sensation of numbness in my head. Walking through the airport with the dull lights, muffled noises and clear angles it felt like I was in the movie 2001.
When I caught the lurgy
There was a moment (when I caught the lurgy) when there was a heaviness pushing down on my forehead & cheeks.
There was also occasional moments when I felt a wave travel up into my whole head, causing it to tingle & my ears to momentarily sound as those I was underwater
Crawling tingles along my skin
There have been several moments recently when I have felt a tingly fizzing sensation crawl long the surface of the skin on my arms down to my hands, just before I feel a little dizzy.
When walking to work this morning
There was a moment (when walking to work this morning) when it was so cold that it felt like icy daggers were stabbing at my face leaving it raw and numb
