Buzzing feeling all over my body
There was a moment today where the amount of energy circulating in my body was such that I felt a buzzing feeling all over.

I was having a conversation with a friend at lunchtime and felt spikes through my heart at several points.

There was a moment (While sat on the train) that I felt a smooth constant poking pressure between my left collarbone and my throat that made me cough

There was a moment today (when I stopped running around from on thing to another) where I noticed a tension in my shoulders, as I acknowledged it (by thinking ‘oh I can post that on SLP’ it started to drain down the front of my chest leaving an empty ache, mainly in the joint of my left shoulder.
A Warm fuzzy feeling
