I have subtle and dull stabbing sensation across my forehead like somebody is gently poking a pen into me
Burning cold energy and electric butterflies
There was a moment today when I was stretching after a very intense workout that liquid energy, both burning hot yet icy cold, rushed through my veins and took away my breath leaving my brain buzzing with electric butterflies and the world a blurry rush of colour.
Expanding stomach
I’ve a sensation of my stomach subtly expanding, a slight cool feeling like Baileys slithering over ice as it is poured into a glass
Lead feet and deflating balloons
There was a moment today when I walked through the empty house that my feet turned to lead and the breath was slowly pushed out of my lungs like a balloon deflating.

Loud music on a bus
There was a moment (while sitting in the bus with someone with their headphones off and music turned up) that I felt a violent boiling tension on my chest and throat.
Metallic taste
I’ve a slight tingling in my mouth, which is accompanied by the sensation of a metallic taste.

A taste in my nose
There was a moment yesterday, or the day before, when I bent down to pick something up that I got a strange pungent taste (yes taste, not smell) in the back of my nose.
This morning I woke up all blocked up and full of a cold.
Need to be more aware of my own body
There was a moment this morning that I felt a sharp tenderness along my left arm, it was only then that I realised I had felt the same on and off for the last few days. It’s just a bruise (i think), but no idea where it came from.
